As we seen in the last episode, our heroes Italy, Germany and Japan went on some southern island. While at first, you’d think it’d be a decent vacation for all 3…

..This SOS message says otherwise.
In a jarring change of pace, however, we then get to see Italy’s preperations to be Germany’s ally.

Which was a baggage of food. With lots of pasta, of course.
As for Italy’s weapon of choice?

A surrender flag. Apparently, works great with girls.
Well, at least he’s got a backup weapon.

...I don't think Machiavelli's any better, though.
We go back to the island as Germany and Japan notice Italy’s “chart for understanding the world’s relations” via a number of chibi heads. A few moments later, we witness another form of Italy’s creative talents.

A pasta sandcastle. The guy sure loves his pasta, doesn't he?
Yet another change of pace as we head into the regular Chibitalia segment, where we have an earlier look at chibi Italy’s creative prowess.

He was born to draw, I tell ya.
In the last scene, Japan suggests a team name for our trio – Suujiku, which means “tying our houses together, as the world revolves around us”. The rest of the teammates approve, with Italy’s vision of the term being rather imaginative.

He's sure happy being the center of the world's attention.
Seems like the next episode will introduce the rest of the countries, wonder how weird/funny they’ll be.
